How support unfolds
Understand your body, work through fears, build trust in yourself, and feel more informed and emotionally prepared for birth.
Calm, steady support throughout labour and birth, with reassurance for both you and your partner.
Gentle support as you prepare for and adjust to life with your new baby, finding confidence together.

In-person support
For families local to me, I also offer in-person birth and postnatal doula support.
Because this level of support involves being fully available and deeply present for each family, availability is intentionally kept small to allow for calm, dedicated, and personalised care throughout your journey.
Alongside preparation and ongoing support during pregnancy, this also includes dedicated on-call availability around your birth, so you feel fully supported when the time comes.
If this is something you are considering, the best place to start is a relaxed conversation about availability and the kind of support that feels right for you.
Discussion-led rather than directly bookable.
choose what feels right
Every family is different, which is why support is shaped around what feels most important to you.
Whether support is virtual or in-person, the focus is always on helping you feel calm, informed, reassured, and gently supported throughout your journey.
Next step
If this feels like the kind of support you are looking for, the gentlest next step is simply to book a discovery call or send an enquiry about the support that feels right for you.
