We talk through what to expect, how birth can unfold, and how to support it in a way that feels right for you.
Your partner will come away with a clearer understanding of their role, with simple, practical ways to support you ~ both physically and emotionally ~ so you feel like a team, not like you’re doing this alone.
We’ll cover things like:

▪️Simple ways to stay calm and cope through each stage
▪️Practical support your partner can offer in the moment

If you’ve already attended the Birth Preparation Workshop, this is a lovely next step ~ helping you feel just as supported and prepared once your baby arrives.
You’re welcome to attend either workshop on its own, or both together for a more rounded preparation.
